I’m a 4x founder, 5x CEO-COO, 7x business angel & 4x VC investor with 17+ years of experience in genomics, life sciences & longevity biotech.I co-founded and managed as CEO the 1st genomics companies applying NGS providing- WGS and genomic interpretation for rare disease diagnostics and DTC personalized genomics- NIPT based on circulating cell-free fetal DNA sequencing- Multi-omics and liquid biopsy analyses for personalized cancer therapyto the Italian market.I\'ve managed the start-up, scale-up & exit of several companies leveraging disruptive technologies to improve patients\' health- Personal Genomics (acquired by the multinational SOL)- Biodiversa- Sorgente Oncologia- DNA Consulting- Rubedo Life SciencesI\'ve managed the global scouting of startups & the strategic partnerships for Angelini Ventures, the Corporate VC fund of Angelini Industries, with 300 M € of AUM investing in disruptive life sciences startups.I\'m also COO at Rubedo Life Sciences, an AI-driven, clinical-stage longevity biotech company focused on discovering and rapidly developing selective cellular rejuvenation medicines targeting aging cells, which has raised more than 70M $ and is now raising a 80M $ round B. My personal and professional mission is to transform patients lives by making disruptive and transformative technologies accessible at a global scale.My genomics companies managed thousands of clinical research & diagnostics projects in oncology, genetics, rare diseases and virology that led to hundreds of publications in top impact factor scientific journals. I have managed strategic partnerships globally connecting investors, talents, researchers, technologies & business experts.I’m focused on the tech scouting & scale up of the latest innovations to be the catalyst for impactful & exponential improvements that could reshape healthcare globally.
