About Dottie Coffman
Dorothy Coffman, AKA “Dottie” was born in Washington, DC and raised in Northern Virginia. Her love of drama and music was perpetuated through high school events such as choruses and operettas. She has four children: Julie and grandson Noah; Brad (Rhonda) with grandchildren Tyler and Alexis; Nick (Jen) and granddaughter Marley and grandson Callen; and Matt (Amy). several grandogs. Dottie has her own radio show The Dottie Coffman Show on Victory Television Network and Radio. That can be heard on Roku and She is the \"voice of Cherokee County\" on WPCG radio 102.9 FM in Canton, GA. She also works as part time \"back office\" for her twin sons’ Twin Tigers Martial Arts In Winder, GA. Life changing events such as a few bouts with cancer, numerous surgeries, her Christian faith and church experiences, family travels and fun times, divorces for two of her four children and their subsequent remarriages, and her own divorce, has all contributed to subjects used for her radio, writing and talk experience. At this stage of the game, re-inventing herself has been her challenge and blessing. Dottie finds that everyday life seems to be the best subject of all. Dottie lives in Winder, GA. The radio show has fostered many other projects for Dottie including writing, motivational speaking and networking with people in all walks of life and locations. She has published her first book Struggle to Bloom in the summer of 2015. Dottie does editing, proofreading, writing with a major publishing house and independently.
