Helping our clients analyse and amend their business processes in order to get the best out of the efficiencies our software provides, I also provide consultancy services for existing and prospective clients. I contribute insights into potential change management strategies, organisational structure, customer satisfaction, and the fine balance to be struck between efficiency and compliance, both from analysing data on system usage and from my experience in the field and with the software.

ABOUT DOT NEWMAN
Educated at St Hilda’s College, Oxford, I initially specialised in Entomology and was awarded a doctorate in 2006. I lived in Cote d’Ivoire for several years during the civil war, working on various projects and then briefly in Ghana, before moving back to London to pursue a career in property. Working as a property manager, I handled high-profile schemes for clients around The Olympic Park and Canary Wharf. I became a member of the Institute of Residential Property Management and won the Brethertons Law Prize in 2011. I then moved to managing systems and operations for multi-award-winning City-based Managing Agent, Rendall and Rittner Limited. In 2015 I was appointed to the Senior Management Team, which I chaired for 18 months between May 2016 and September 2018. In 2019 I became a Director at Dwellant, working on implementing our best-in-class software across the residential block management industry, as well as working with commercial and international clients. Following the acquisition of the company by Odevo Group I became the COO. In October 2012, I was elected to fellowship of The Linnean Society, and I am also a volunteer reservist for a charity which supports multiple organisations including the City of London Police, The Westminster Coroner and The London Resilience Forum.
