I love building stuff; drafting an idea onto paper and then making it happen. I did it as a kid with Lego bricks, later with 3D models, and more recently with code and building teams.Software is here to make everyone\'s lives better and I like to do my part in making the world just a little bit easier.I\'m a technology lead who is keen on trying and learning new things; building and fostering effective teams; advising executive teams on technology strategy and leading the teams to implement that vision.Historically, I\'ve always had monoliths fell on my lap and I\'ve accidentally specialised in breaking them down into individual autonomous (fully auto-tested) services.When I’m not programming I enjoy cooking and baking, playing computer and board games, hiking with my wife and, let’s face it because we all do it, coding some more.
