ABOUT DORUK OZDEMIR
Throughout high school, I interned in software development and testing at companies like CTech and Migros One. My true passion surfaced during my third internship at Obase, where I worked as a full-time project designer and software developer. Leading projects and taking responsibility for key software modules motivated me to create a start-up.This journey led to the launch of the MoPark project, which aimed to solve urgent urban issues like parking shortages in Istanbul. Through careful research and innovation, I developed a customized application to address this challenge. My internships gave me valuable experience in risk analysis and resource management, which were essential for MoPark\'s growth. I collaborated with important stakeholders, installed a prototype at my school, and the project reached the finals of Samsung\'s Solve for Tomorrow competition, earning recognition as the most applicable project among 400 teams.Now, as a 20-year-old Mechanical Engineering student at Politecnico di Torino in my second year of university, I am building on these early experiences with a strong technical and analytical base. Immersed in a demanding academic setting, I continue to enhance my problem-solving skills and expand my engineering perspective.
