ABOUT DÖRTE DYE

Success in the fast-paced world of payments, start-ups, technical evolution, and market setting is without doubt the highlight of my career to date. The need to choose the best people, the drive for the best processes, the need for speed with accuracy, the in depth understanding of regulations whilst developing close and trusting relationships with partners would be the best way to describe my value and skills. As my leadership and experience developed, I equally understood the need for a balance between the environment I work in ( and create) and the integrity of the business, people, and relationships around me and hence my drive for openness, clarity of communication and fearless approach to failure and mistakes. Taking a business from day one to a multi-million turnover is both complex and thrilling. Creating a reputation of innovation, adaptability and flexibility however is hard and needs the diligence of teams of people, who understand the direction, mission, and purpose. I see myself as the voice of enthusiasm and stability for such an environment. Whilst I am obsessive for accuracy, deeply focused of effectiveness and dedicated to the best possible environment for people around me, the most valuable element I can add is the reality that everyone around me is valuable, able to question and find better ways. This is my philosophy for openness, authenticity and leadership.
