Everyone will tell you they build cohesive, collaborative teams. But they rarely tell you how, specifically, they do that. It’s the doing that drives me because the results are so rewarding.Each situation, every organization, is different. But my goal never changes. I work hard to help every client and/or team member to align his or her personal goals with a clearly defined vision. When that happens, we become known for great innovation, productivity, and flexibility. In other words, we’re unstoppable. It all starts, and grows, when all of us dedicate ourselves to being transparent—to ourselves, to our customers, to every stakeholder. Transparency means a great deal more than honestly and consistently representing what I expect from every team member. I must prove they can always rely on me to help them reach our common goals. That’s why I’ve always believed earning and keeping trust must be the first responsibility on my job description. Transparency based on trust gives us powerful advantages. Working together, we can envision the optimum end state for our goals or organization. Working together, we mine the wisdom we need to reach that goal.No courses, no certifications equipped me to be a transparent executive. It was more than solving specific problems that got me where I am. I make it my business to apply what I’ve learned in every position to make people, situations, and organizations better than I found them. You’ll see specific examples in the “Experience” section below. As you read, I hope a central thought stands out: transparency and trust are more than words that appear in too many “Summaries of Qualifications.” If we hold ourselves to those tough standards, growth and durable - Success is certain.
