ABOUT DORSA FARDAEI
Former engineer, current law student.I\'ve served as subcontractor and technical advisor to both Project Co and Contracting Authority in Public-Private Partnerships (P3s), as well as engineering consultant in traditional Design-Bid-Build projects. My work involved developing and interpreting project specifications, reviewing construction drawings, conducting on-site investigations, and assessing compliance. I\'ve witnessed the complexities of construction projects first-hand, which has inspired me to pursue law with a focus on construction litigation.
