I\'ve been part of the Little Orlando team since 2007 and am responsible for operational efficiencies, financial management, implementation of business procedures, staffing, strategic planning, and business development for the Orlando office. My favorite part of the job is the people and I\'m continuously working on the enhancement of our office culture & collaboration.I\'ve been serving on the Board of Directors for CREW Orlando since 2018 and look forward to my future role of President in 2025. I\'m passionate about the advancement of women in the commercial real estate industry here in Central Florida.
