I am a strong Project and Product Planning Manager with over 20 years of experience in project management production, physical and digital content services, production scheduling and client services. My roles have overseen a range of deliverables from digital A/V and physical video files, creative assets and artwork, localization files and assets, and the like. I also work with various project management softwares, technical tools and in my career have helped launch new technologies for the entertainment industry. My roles include management and overseeing teams of colleagues. I have the ability to effectively communicate and manage client and vendor relationships at all executive/non-executive levels. I am naturally pro-active and will always initiate that first step whenever needed to get the job done. I have a strong self-initiative to resolve issues and have found that tactful collaboration works best when confronting shared challenges. Super organized and adept at juggling and prioritizing multiple projects, I hit strides when I have a busy workload and prefer keeping a clear, calm and focused attitude under stress. In my free time, I enjoy using my MFA and creative skills for word-of-mouth graphic design clients, as well creating LA-inspired designs for my Etsy shop.

   In this voluntary role, I serve as both a Board Member and Communications Co-Lead for BOLD, an internal business resource group for employees at WBD. The Communications Team oversees all comms as related to the BRG\'s events, membership, social media and the like:• Develop internal messages, chapter’s membership relations and BRG employee communications, ensuring proactive, clear and newsworthy BRG comms.• Create relevant graphics, flyers, and other related materials as needed.• Manage WBD BRG communications channels, including Workplace groups, newsletters, emails, flyers, Zoom channel, etc, while adhering to WBD\'s comms and brand guidelines.• As writer/contributor, promote BRG, its mission and programming across all communications channels.
