Together we made Mario more recognizable than Mickey Mouse, launching products that surprised and delighted generations of loyal fans. There was no sitting on the sidelines and I took advantage of opportunities to participate every step of the way. I lead exceptional teams through significant change, building a world-class customer service department from the ground up. I made magic happen.Change can be uncomfortable but it is inevitable and necessary to move forward. With integrity and honesty, I lead teams through change by providing a safe environment and ensuring we have the requisite critical conversations. I have a genuine passion for helping employees grow.
