I joined Halstead in 01 after running Somek Realty Group on and off for 20 years. In between I was an on-sight agent at Three Lincoln Center when I was awarded \"Real Estate Salesperson of the year \" of the North/East Region in 1995. I started my real estate career working for Bettina Eaquities in 74. Since it was a small company at the time, I had the priviledge of being involved with so many aspects of the real estate field such as development, design, architecture, investments sales, rentals and management. I proceeded to invest myself, sometimes renovating the properties and recently I built two houses in the Southamptons.I also use my early knowledge today in working with my buyers.
