I’m an executive leader and senior strategist with two decades of experience helping government, nonprofits and philanthropists sharpen their strategy, increase their financial sustainability, and scale their impact. My professional experience includes senior roles at The Bridgespan Group, Deloitte, and leadership positions in the nonprofit sector. As a trusted advisor and senior leader, I help organizations lead boldly through growth/ transition and navigate complexity while driving towards strategic clarity, sustainable revenue, and long-term impact. I have deep expertise in strategic planning, program and organizational design, and leadership development. I have also successfully led and supported multi-stakeholder partnerships and am skilled in facilitating complex decision-making with diverse stakeholders. My career has been grounded in an unwavering belief in the power of proximate leadership and centering the needs of community to drive lasting change. I am known for bringing a sharp analytical mind and candor to my work while building trust through deep listening, empathy, and curiosity.My academic foundation includes a law degree from the NYU School of Law and a BA in sociology at Harvard University, both which have fueled my commitment to social justice and economic mobility. I am also certified as an executive and leadership coach.
