Supports, designs and implements the English Language Development program to ensure English learners TK-8th grade meet proficiency goals for the LCAP, as well as ensuring academic goals are met as determined by the English Proficiency Assessment for California (ELPAC) and the English Language Development Standards.• Facilitate and run parent meetings to explain ELPAC scores with parents and administrators• Co-lead reclassification meetings with parents, teachers, and administrators• Co-lead the DELAC and agenda set for optimal family involvement •Model Integrated ELD in TK and Kindergarten classrooms•Teach Oracy groups and Designated ELD to emerging, expanding, and bridging English learners in TK-8th Grade
