For the last several years I have worked at a pharmaceutical company, where I excelled at each task I was given. I quickly emerged as a leader among my peers. Through my dedication and love for science, I progressed from a technician to a microbiologist I and then to a microbiologist II. As someone who is eager to learn, I can take any task or process and master it with skill and efficiency. My personal and professional motto is always, “How can I do this better?”My professional behavior and tactful approach to situations allows me to thrive in group settings. As a highly motivated person, I need little to no supervision when working, as I always perform tasks above the standard and actively seek out how I can assist my team. Because of this, I have flourished in my lab as a trainer and educator for new and advancing employees.
