Experienced Chief Audit Executive and internal auditor for banks and payments institutions with more than 25 years of work in audit (10 as CAE) in national and international environment. As Chief Audit Executive I have managed implementation of internal audit function and significantly improved the internal control system and overall risk management. As internal auditor I have performed more than 200 audits and given more than recommendations. I’m certificated internal auditor (local Croatian certificate) for banks and financial institutions and have master degree in economics (accounting and finance) at University of Zagreb - Faculty of Economics & Business. I speak fluent Italian and English language. I have also experience in consulting service specialized in outsourcing of second level and third level control’s functions coordinating the AML functions, IA functions and Compliance Functions at clients in banking and financial sector.
