   Analyze and optimize installation strategies and construction schedules for Avangrid\'s offshore wind projects, including all major EPC packages: foundations (FOU), offshore substations/electrical service platforms (OSS/ESP), inter-array cables (IAC), export cables (EC), and wind turbines (WTG). Provide data-driven recommendations to new-business, permitting, outreach, EPC, and operations & maintenance (O&M) teams at all phases of development, from early planning, to final investment decision (FID), to the completion of construction. Simulate schedules of offshore installation work based on statistical analysis of site-specific metocean data, such as significant wave height (Hs) and wind speed, and installation vessel parameters, such as operational weather limits and maintenance requirements. Present and visualize installation schedules in S-curve graphs, tables, slides, and reports to assist in collaborative decision making.Current project pipeline includes Vineyard Wind 1 (806 MW), currently under construction, and New England Wind 1 (791 MW).
