Designed and implemented an automated reporting service that scrapes financial and bioinformatics data, generates compliance reports for legal requirements, and uploads and processes these reports to the company\'s documentation service, removing the need for manual processing.(Spring Boot, Java) Developed a product generation system that intakes processed bioinformatics data and automatically generates detailed health reports which are distributed to thousands of users. This system is a pivotal component to the organization\'s revenue stream.(Spring Boot, Java, VueJS) Developed a comprehensive protein target menu application with over entries, featuring detailed views, advanced filtering, and multi-category search capabilities. Implemented shopping cart-like panels allowing users to create orders, streamlining the purchasing process.(Spring Boot, VueJS) Unified security protocols across 20+ repositories by standardizing various security patterns and technologies under Auth0, ensuring consistent adherence to OAuth2. Redesigned gateway workflows to enhance security integration and improve scalability of the gateways. Developed an application workflow to ingest, store, and aggregate control data from up to 100 research institutions worldwide. Created visualization features to monitor laboratory health and performance over time through various charts and graphs, which were crucial for maintaining the integrity of customer studies.
