   At Ayala Foundation, I am collaborating with the CENTEX program team to strengthen early childhood education (ECE) systems in the Philippines through:Advocacy Strategy Design: Developing central messaging and campaign strategies aligned with the national ECE toolkit to promote quality, inclusive education in local communities.Policy Engagement: Designing stakeholder engagement processes to support policy dialogue between local governments, community leaders, educators, and parents.Curriculum Review & Enhancement: Analyzing and identifying gaps in existing early childhood curricula across diverse localities and recommending improvements for greater inclusivity, relevance, and accessibility.Community-Centered Approaches: Ensuring campaign and curriculum recommendations are culturally responsive, context-specific, and adaptable to both urban and rural communities.Capacity Building: Supporting the creation of advocacy resources, FGD (Focus Group Discussion) tools, and community outreach materials to empower local partners in advancing ECE goals.This role bridges research, strategy, and on-the-ground implementation, allowing me to contribute to Ayala Foundation’s mission while advancing Harvard’s Center for International Development’s commitment to impactful, locally driven solutions.
