   Own 0→1 and scaling initiatives on TikTok Shop’s high-traffic transaction platform, partnering with Engineering, Ops, Risk, and Business teams to drive monetization, trust, and system scalability across global markets.• Launched TikTok’s first global donation feature (“Heart Your Cart”), leading end-to-end discovery, trust signal validation, and large-scale experimentation. Rolled out across US, EU, and APAC within 6 months, achieving xM+ impressions in pilot phase.• Built and scaled a new virtual goods monetization surface, owning merchant research, UX/system workflows, and cross-functional alignment.
