I have worked for 25+ years with a diverse range of organizations across Europe, Africa and the Middle East, both at country and international secretariat level. My focus has always been on value-driven approaches to helping organizations (and their members) be relevant, resilient and impactful - individually and collectively. Building on this experience, I now support people, teams and organizations in strategy, governance and organizational/ network/ leadership development processes - applying transformative scenario/ futures thinking, intersectional feminist approaches and my training as a professional mediator. In my free time, I love being out in nature, reading, and spending time with friends and family. I am also volunteering as a teacher for German as a Foreign Language.
