Current activity (Radiation dosimetry): calibration procedures for radiation protection, new primary standards for radiation protection. Previous activity (Deputy Minister of Environment of the Republic of Moldova)- Supervision of subordinated institutions- Supervision of national infrastructure projects in the field of Integrated Water Management, Integrated Waste Management, Environment Protection- Contribution to new Law projects (Law on drinking water and sewerage public service, Law on environment protection, Law on environmental impact assessment)- Implementation of national sectorial strategies- Member of the Administration Council of the National Environmental Fund of the Republic of Moldova- Official representation of the Republic of Moldova in international high level conferences- Collaboration with international Agencies (EBRD, EIB, NIF, European Union Delegation, Swiss, Austrian and Czech Development Agencies, etc.)- Active collaboration with government officials (national and international); 3. Previous activity (PhD thesis): Novel materials and heterostructures for microelectronics applications. Surface and interface control on nanometric scale. Characterization techniques (vibrational spectroscopy, surface topography, electrical characterizations) of heterostructures using organic layers grafted on surface. High-k material ultra thin layers (<10 nm) deposition on organic grafted layers using relatively low temperatures (<350°C). Specialties: 1.
