Born and raised on the South Side of Chicago, Dorien is a highly accomplished young professional and active community leader. He has a wide range of experiences in the financial services, government, political, media, entertainment, and consulting worlds. He holds several awards in leadership and public speaking, operates a strategic planning consulting practice where he has advised Fortune 500 and large scale institutions alike, he has served on numerous boards and committees, was ranked the #1 intern in the nation by WayUp (2020), named HBCU Transcendent Leader by HBCU Tour (2021), and earned the White House Volunteer Service Award (2022 & 2023). Dorien has consistently driven significant improvements in financial portfolios and strategic planning, leading to enhanced organizational efficiency and growth. Dorien is an graduate of Morehouse College, a top ranked historically black college in Atlanta, and was an honor roll economics honors major and was heavily involved with campus operations and activities during his tenure.
