And authored advanced Client Scripts (onload, on Change, on Submit) to automate form behaviors, perform validations, and enhance responsiveness without server dependency.• Created and maintained Business Rules (Before, After Async) to ensure data integrity, trigger workflow processes, and emit system Events for integration with downstream systems. Leveraged Event Management to build custom event handlers, integrate with third-party monitoring tools, and auto-generate incidents from alerts, enabling proactive issue resolution.• Configure CMDB Data Manager policies to enforce lifecycle rules for retiring, archiving, and deleting configuration items (CIs), ensuring continuous data accuracy and compliance.• Utilized Glide Ajax to enable asynchronous client-server interactions, significantly improving performance and user experience by eliminating unnecessary page reloads. Also went on to Engineer custom integrations leveraging Glide Record, Glide System, and GlideDateTime APIs for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
