The Winners Circle Collective empowers urban communities by fostering representation, education, and economic opportunities through innovative programs and partnerships with professional athletes and entrepreneurs. As Executive Director, I partnered with Homefield, Flash Hoops, the Kauffman Foundation, and other key organizations to expand and elevate Winners Circle Weekend. I engaged professional athletes like Charles Harris (NFL), Ishmail Wainright (NBA), Ronnie Bell (NFL), Shaquille Harrison (NBA), and Kendall Blanton (NFL) to host and mentor Kansas City youth. I also organized the Ish Wainright Elite Top 25 Basketball Camp and an additional basketball camp with 200 participants, expanding athletic opportunities for young athletes. The Winners Circle Football Camp consistently attracted around 140 participants and built a strong community presence. The event attracted over attendees each year in both 2023 and 2024, highlighting its growing impact. I raised over across both years, including in revenue generated from recent events. The Legacy Makers block party, which I hosted, gathered 500+ attendees to celebrate and connect the community.
