It will set new standards for sustainable living, becoming the model to create new communities across the country. 5 lakes a 7.5 MW solar park and the first phase of the technology park currently sit within the 500 acres which will also compromise 1,500 sustainable homes, a school, village centre, community allotments and gardens a 350 acre country park with 10+ miles of trails.
