I am a Customer Engagement Manager at Majestic Wine, the UK\'s largest specialist wine retailer, where I create memorable experiences for commercial and retail customers and suppliers. With 4.5+ years of experience in the wine industry, I have a WSET Level 3 certification in Wines and a passion for wine products, events, and learning. I have been recognised as the company-wide Customer Engagement Champion for raising my store\'s meritocracy score by 3 levels within 5 months, resulting in increased sales and loyalty. This was achieved by building strong relationships, delivering personalised recommendations, and hosting engaging tastings and workshops. I have also leveraged my previous 2+ years of experience as an architectural assistant, where I worked on four major projects in the UK and the US, to apply my attention to detail, problem-solving, and presentation skills to my current role.
