I\'ve worked in the financial services industry for eight years, first doing customer service at First National Bank in Pittsburgh before moving to PNC Bank where I\'ve worked in Card Loss Prevention, Reg E Debit Card Fraud Analysis and finally spending the last two years in Fraud Investigations for deposit accounts. My skills include fraud monitoring, account analysis, dispute resolution, data interpretation, report writing and workflow management. I have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), as well as bank specific software programs (Service Browser, Mantas, Host, Lexis Nexis, Webex, Star Station). I have knowledge of ATM, ACH and other financial areas that would be a benefit to any financial institution and have strong organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
