Senior Consultant at the California State Assembly, focused on accellerating housing production in California. I specialize in land use, permitting, CEQA, and local government approvals, with hands-on experience shaping and implementing housing policies at both the state and local levels, including at HCD and in city planning departments.I’ve led programmatic, operational, and communications work inside large public agencies and know how to turn policy ideas into real-world results. My work is grounded in a vision of a more affordable, sustainable, and equitable California, where housing gets built faster and smarter.Outside of work, I’m usually doing yoga, reading, swimming, gardening, or exploring the West Coast - often with a meal cooking on the stove and my two cats nearby.I\'m always open to connecting with others working to solve the nation\'s housing challenges.
