Strong passionate interest in Assisted Living. Experienced in many different facets including sales and marketing. Creative and high energy. Able to move at a fast pace. I am passionate about working with seniors and their famlies, especially those with memory care, to improve their quality of life. It is my objective to reach the heart of all families and seniors whom I work with to help them to understand the benefits of Assisted Living. I have a special interest in the dementia and Alzheimer\'s seniors and helping families understand the difference of the quality of life they feel their loved one is getting at home compared to the benefit and quality of life their loved one would receive in an assisted senior living community. I enjoy educating families and seniors, empathize with their situations, discover the obstacles, and enjoy providing a solution. I maintain integrity and values of the company I represent. Delivery of services, quality of activities and engagement, and interaction with families and residents are all important to me in the success of a loved one in a community and retaining the resident. Life enrichment and engagement of activities are also of special interest.
