With more than a decade of experience in higher education, I am a professor, instructional designer, and academic leader dedicated to creating inclusive, engaging, and high-quality learning experiences across undergraduate and graduate levels. My work unites curriculum design, educational technology, and faculty development to build programs that inspire learning and uphold the highest standards of academic excellence.As a Learning Design Consultant at Boston College, I collaborate with faculty to design and implement graduate-level online courses that integrate evidence-based instructional design, accessibility, and digital pedagogy. I specialize in transforming traditional instruction into dynamic hybrid and online formats that meet accreditation and compliance standards while supporting measurable student success.In addition to my design work, I serve as an Adjunct Professor at Nova Southeastern University and Fisher College, where I teach graduate and doctoral-level courses such as Healthcare Financial Management, Healthcare Leadership, and Epidemiology and Biostatistics for Health Care. At Nova Southeastern University and Lakes Region Community College, I also deliver undergraduate courses in Health Science Foundations, bridging theory and practice for students entering health professions.Previously, as Dean of Arts and Health Sciences at Labouré College of Healthcare, I led curriculum development, accreditation, and faculty advancement across health and general education programs. My leadership guided program growth, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthened institutional integrity and student outcomes.I am passionate about instructional technology integration, online teaching innovation, and equitable learning design.
