I am a Partner in EY’s Financial Accounting and Advisory Services group, with over 20 years of experience. Industry experience includes: life science, health, consumer health, technology & media. Helping companies in a wide range of areas in accounting and finance: including SEC accounting and financial reporting matters, transactions (IPOs, spins, acquisitions, carve out), ESG regulatory requirements and reporting, finance optimization, as well as process optimization.
