As a Sr. Administrative Manager and seasoned Executive Assistant, I enjoy partnering with C-level executives to promote an engaged and empowered work culture across global office locations. I have supported the CEO, President, CFO, and senior leaders across Finance, Investor Relations, Corporate Development, and Human Resources over my career. It is a job that I love and take pride in. I have mastered skills in calendar management, employee engagement, performance management, event planning, domestic and international travel arrangements, expense management, internal communications, along with training and development. I have experience in interacting with clients, investors, executive teams, board of directors, auditors, and regulators. I have the adaptability to balance fully remote and in-office responsibilities with the flexibility to support executives concurrently and manage team members in multiple time zones. As the former Chairperson for our annual Administrative Conference, I\'ve led the collaboration of 200+ Admins. from around the globe to share best practices and focus on building a stronger Admin. team.
