Especially with the events of the Pandemic, I am passionate on helping people heal emotionally & physically. This has been a really hard & ongoing time for people & more now then ever we need to be there for each other. Sending that virtual hug to those that need it!Anyone that knows me, knows my first love has always been helping people.but life gets in the way & we have to make choices. Recently I reconnected with a childhood friend & she’s living the dream.when I say that I don’t mean that she doesn’t have the trials & tribulations that we all have, no she’s living a healthy, less stressed, balanced, green life.the kind of life that I wanted.no processed foods, no chemicals, nothing that causes harm or illness to our bodies or our children’s health.
