Lead and oversee the evaluation department, managing all client evaluation processes and ensuring timely service delivery- Assign, schedule, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (PT, SW, PSY, OT, SI, ST, etc.) to conduct comprehensive assessments for children ages 0–3- Develop detailed eligibility reports and documentation to determine each child’s developmental service needs- Manage billing for each case with accuracy, including bilingual service adjustments and supplemental evaluations- Serve as the main point of contact for parents by addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a supportive client experience- Represent the organization at conferences and professional meetings to strengthen partnerships and enhance evaluation practices- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with all early intervention and privacy regulations- Support office operations by managing communications, scheduling, and database systems in a high-volume, service-driven environment.
