   As a Project Manager at TechArk, I lead design, website development, and web application development projects from conception to completion. With a focus on client satisfaction, I work closely with the team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed expectations. My responsibilities include translating client expectations for the development team, presenting mockups, designs, and website drafts to clients, and managing all development pieces using BaseCamp. With a portfolio of 8-12 projects at a time, I collaborate across the organization and different departments to ensure project success and keep everyone on track. Working with a global and remote team, I coordinate with the development team in India to ensure seamless communication and effective project management. Continuously working on improving processes and finding better ways to standardize them, making our projects more efficient.
