   As a Scrum Master, I have served two teams. Overtime, I guided one team from an unfocused approachin which the Product Owner served as the de factoboss of the team, handing out assignments with littleawareness of how much work the team was capableof, to a significantly more focused approach utilizingSprint Goals, capacity planning and performancemetrics. My work has involved bringing a greaterunderstanding of the Scrum framework to my teams,helping the team members learn to work togethermore closely and improve their flow, pushing toreduce bottlenecks resulting from specialization, andstriving to empower developers to make moredecisions on their own instead of waiting for top-down directives.I\'ve come to be known at my organization as one ofour leading Agilists, and I\'ve made efforts to help thecompany become more Agile. I make myself availableto other Scrum Masters to discuss issues happeningin their teams and search for new experiments thatmight help. I\'ve served as an informal advisor to theSenior Program Manager leading an Agiletransformation in one of the companies recentlyacquired by Symphony.
