ABOUT DORALICE BOSIO

Here I am! Hi :) I am Doralice, 29, freelance and entrepreneur, currently based in Turin. I am expert in marketing, operation and social sustainability. In my spare time I spread my knowledge and enthusiasm working also as mentor, content creator and tour leader. What do I do as freelance? I help people and companies to shine, be happy, engaged and have a huge and positive impact on their internal and external world. Which companies? Cool startups, ambitious SMEs and forward-looking multinational corporations. How? Thanks to social sustainability, marketing and ops strategies. Training, events and engagement activities. Driven by a natural passion for human behaviors, cultures, rights and a genuine curiosity about economics, after my first graduation in Business Administration, I attended a double MSc degree in Marketing and global markets, between Milano Bicocca University and Buenos Aires’ University of Belgrano. I build all my operations skills working in many different sectors and company sizes, from startup to scale up to multinational companies, learning the importance of a global vision and value all people you work with. I am enthusiastic and proactive, first of all, but also methodical, committed, focused and trustworthy. I put all of my soul into everything I do, I use to share the quote \"do it well or not at all\", but I\'ve learned that \"better done than perfect\" is the most efficient way to work. I nurture my interest in humankind through travels and constructive discussions, putting aside prejudices and fear of asking. I consider myself both Italian and European, my motto is \"Those who are not willing to travel will never go anywhere\". I have lived, studied and worked in Italy, Spain, France and Argentina. I am always seeking projects that give me the possibility to spread my creativity, to be myself, to enjoy my time and the world everyday. I aim to learn, to grow, to teach, to share, to improve myself professionally and personally. I work everyday to actively be the change that I want to see in the world. My superpower is an empathetic organization, with attention to details, fast and creative problem solving skills.
