Client Communications and Knowledge: serve as the (initial) contact for attorneys and clients- Strategy and Operations: collaborate, develop, and implement client-specific strategies; open new business matters; manage client intake processes; and prepare projects, reports, and presentations on activities/deadlines/milestones- Team Collaboration: closely work with cross-functional teams to enhance client relationships, client satisfaction, and coordinate communications of updates, information, and changes- Performance Analysis and Reporting: monitor and track work progress, deadlines, and ensure timely and accurate delivery; project management and quality control as scopes may change; and, organize and manage complex legal documents within the document management system.
