Moving to Fl1 Digital was a brilliant step forwards for my coding. Taking my WordPress theming abilities up to the next level. Building everything up from a custom theme to a fully functional production ready modularised e-commerce site with the help of plugins like Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) Pro & WooCommerce.The projects I have worked on here really do speak wonders for my progression in ability, creating complex builds in the simplest and easiest ways to manage is where my brain lights up. One of the huge benefits of working for Fl1 is how projects are handled, they trust in my abilities, brief me on the projects and from that point I would liaise with the client and our designer through to completion, consulting on how best to approach the task at hand and engaging the client as much as possible with the build as it is their baby too. I find being the lead developer on projects very rewarding and having the trust of the directors to deliver complicated websites gives me great pride. To keep my portfolio in line with my abilities, I will only include the ones that are solely developed by myself.
