I have over 25 years of experience in strategic planning, business process improvement, and project/ program management in information technology for the Real Estate industry. I have worked with clients in retail, corporate real estate, multi-family, homebuilding, hospitality, healthcare, and commercial property owners and managers. I have extensive experience in assisting clients select and implement the best software application to fit their needs. I have experience in selecting and/ or implementing many software packages such as Oracle Property Manager, Oracle Accounts Receivable, Oracle MDM - Site Hub, JD Edwards OneWorld, Oracle Projects, SAP Real Estate, Meridian Project Systems, Yardi, RealPage OneSite, MRI, Timberline, Virtual Premise, and Quarem ALT. In addition, I have experience helping real estate organizations improve and maximize their back office processes. Specialties: I specialized in strategic planning, business process improvement, and information technology consulting. Recently, led an implementation of Oracle MDM Site Hub for an international retail restaurant chain. Currently leading an MDM project for an international retail chain including merchandise planning. I have worked with clients in the Corporate, Retail, Multi-family, Hospitality, Telecom, Developers/ Owners, Construction, Homebuilders and Healthcare industries.
