I am currently working in the area of optimal control of distributed energy resources. Previously, I worked on applying machine learning and natural language processing to legal research tasks. Before that, I worked on processing and analyzing large-scale residential and small-medium business energy consumption data to help utility customers save energy. In graduate school, I conducted research at the Compact Muon Solenoid experiment at the Large Hadron Collider, where I searched for rarely occurring fundamental processes and new particles.
