I’ve had the opportunity to lead large-scale Talent Development and Talent Management strategies that spanned onboarding, compliance, wellness, mentorship, performance management, and succession planning, driving 85%+ participation and a 10% boost in early retention. Partnering with senior executives, I launched a comprehensive leadership development strategy that introduced coaching, 360-degree feedback, and 9-Box reviews, achieving 100% SEG participation and measurable gains in leadership readiness. I also spearheaded our first Inclusion, Diversity, Engagement, and Access (IDEA) strategy, rolling out employee engagement surveys, launching 8 Team Member Networks, and embedding inclusive practices that increased volunteerism by 50% and raised engagement scores by 6 points (against a 2-point industry decline). To strengthen development and well-being, I built the Navigator Network mentorship program and a five-pillar wellness program from the ground up, reaching a 90% satisfaction rate in year one. Finally, by modernizing learning platforms and LMS adoption, I advanced enterprise-wide development priorities while saving $50K annually and achieving 90% on-time completion of required training.
