Aspiring Entrepreneur | Passionate About Business Management | Committed to Personal and Professional Growth I’m Dontay Thomas, a second-year Business Management student at Manchester Metropolitan University with a passion for marketing, entrepreneurship, and building impactful brands.My experience spans customer service, digital operations, and sports coaching, where I developed strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. Through completing a business analytics course focused on marketing data and many more, I’ve gained valuable insight into how data and creativity intersect to drive strategic marketing decisions.I’m motivated by innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth, with a goal to create solutions that not only perform but inspire. I’m eager to connect with professionals and opportunities that allow me to apply my skills, explore new ideas, and make a meaningful impact in the world of business and marketing.Beyond academics and work, I actively contribute to engaging with my community through my proven achievements in boxing, basketball and athletics. Competing in boxing I was able to earn a gold medal in the novice junior championships in 2021, along with competing in the London Youth Games. I have cultivated resilience and discipline through out my years on sports. My passion lies in connecting with people and contributing in experiences that contribute to sustainability and ethical practices.
