One of my main supplier has a long standing producer partnership with the Russian Government that has resulted in a unique trustee position for the supply of Russian Origin Crude Oil and many types of Refined fuels. JP54, D2, D6, Marine Gas Oil, LNG, LPG etc. This special allocation held position allows my supplier to supply from Rosneft, OAO Gazprom, Lukoil, and a few other major Russian refinery groups.MY supplier also retains producer partnerships with a number of refineries to supply Non-Russian origin refined fuels. They retains either allocation or production agreements with Saudi Aramco, NIOC, ADNOC, Qatargas and others.MY supplier owns and operates a large fleet of petroleum tanker vessels for delivery of Crude Oil and Refined Fuels and uses special charter vessels for the delivery of LNG or LPG, and are Transneft approved in addition to having ownership in refineries.The Corporation has long standing supply contracts with both the United Nations and the U.S. Department of Defense as well as to several airlines. For buyers to make such confirmations, a level 5 security clearance is required.With regular deliveries into the ARA (Antwerp-Rotterdam-Amsterdam) tank farms from loading ports of Klaipeda, Lithuania, and Ventspils Latvia, current tanking shortages in these tank farm limit contracts to CIF delivery, however, they can arrange tanking on a case by case basis. All Their products are sold on a valid proforma offer supply contract basis, with fuel or crude oil blocked in buyer name at time of proforma offer issue on a title held basis.
