As the Senior Service Manager, my role and responsibilities are to oversee all aspects of sales, service and accountability for technicians, sales, and project management team members. I am responsible for developing annual sales budgets, sales growth strategies, market penetration strategies, and operational improvement programs for our service business.Our business relies upon our ability to anticipate day-to-day challenges faced by our clients and to innovate to that end. Through our service team we can provide reliability and mitigate the risk of downtime for our clients. We begin with a high-level approach, facing each challenge with experience, expertise and flexibility.
