This unique festival presents world class artist in folk, classical, choral, jazz, blues, maritime, traditional and contemporary music. He was the past Executive Director of the Summerside Lobster Festival, a 60+ year old event, deeply rooted in tradition. In 2016, he received an award from the PEI Fishermen\'s Association in recognition of his work promoting PEI Lobster.He is the owner of Melodyman Productions, a music industry strategy and consulting company that provides strategic planning, event management, concert promotion, music production, music creation education and artist management consulting services. He was the Executive Director of the Songwriters Association of Canada (SAC), a national non-profit run by, and for, Canadian music creators and advocated for Canadian Music Creators, He has been a volunteer regional songwriting workshop coordinator in Canada for the Nashville Songwriters Association International (NSAI) and continues to help Canadian musicians, songwriters and art creators understand copyright and how to develop and understand revenues streams through their craft.
