Don has spent years as a real estate investor, restoring historic homes in the Denver area and doing “scrape and new-builds”. He has extensive knowledge in the custom and semi-custom segments of the home building industry and passes this on to his clients in helping them to make fully informed decisions. Don successfully fulfills the diverse real estate needs of all his clients from first time home buyers, mid-level and luxury homes. Because of his experience in investing and home rebuilding he is able to offer added insight to his customers about the quality of construction of a home. Don offers a wealth of business experience to his clients. Earning a B.S. degree in Economics from Kansas State University, Don went on to various top-level positions at major corporations. During his years in the corporate world, Don worked for an international grain export company as a trader, a financial analyst for IBM in Boulder and then as head of corporate credit and collection for Ciber, Inc, an international IT company. Don\'s professional background lends to his excellent organizational skills and strong planning, budgeting, business development, and negotiation capabilities. Don is a church member, devoted father and active member of his community. Don enjoys camping, hiking, fishing, skiing, reading, and volunteers his time coaching little league baseball. Don volunteers at Children\'s Hospital where his dog Flip is part of their Pet RX program and makes children and parents happy by letting them pet him and taking those few precious moments of forgetting about reality. Flip loves his job and so does Don.
