My company has done this for the medical industry and many others. Most companies exist in a bubble and spend most of their time reinventing the wheel or focusing on busy work which has no added value to their clients - I make them successful by removing that hassle so you can focus on what your company is in the business of doing. For instance, a medical practice is in the business of medicine, not human resources, bookkeeping, etc. and if they shared these resources, it would be cheaper and better for everyone.On a personal level, I\'m a minimalist and chronically organized. Each company I have worked with has expanded, increased in profits, and streamlined nearly all processes. My formal education is in Physics and Computer Science, so I\'m accustomed to breaking things down into their constituent parts then put them back together in a better way. I was raised primarily by my Grandparents that are some of the most charitable and humble people on the planet. My hometown is Traverse City, which is a hospitality-centric tourist town that instills a personable demeanor in its citizens. Leveraging the economies of scale built for Kona Medical Consulting (KMC) and Kona Home Care Services (KHCS) MSOs, we extended our financial team to another entity called Michigan Bookkeeper. Since we were already managing Physician\'s real estate through KMC, managing staffing agencies for KHC, acting as a white-label bookkeeper for various CPA firms, etc. it seemed reasonable to allow other industries to directly hire Michigan Bookkeeper. Instantly we started managing the books for small single-owner businesses and a few large umbrella corporations with 10+ businesses underneath.
