Lead instructor for law enforcement investigations/policy/procedures (3P/LE) with Watermark Risk Management International. In collaboration with HAF/A4S, we enhance the Air Force Criminal Justice Information Center\'s criminal indexing program, our team facilitates training for DoD students including Air Force Security Forces, Air Force Office of Special Investigations, CID, NCIS on investigative/indexing procedures for agencies such as the DEA, FBI, etc. Through 3P/LE, we are known for fostering collaborative environments and delivering impactful educational solutions especially in the realm of criminal investigations and the collection of biometrics. I am dedicated to driving continuous improvement and innovation in security operations, training, and compliance.​Additionally, I served as a Action Officer on staff at the Pentagon with HQ United States Air Force (HAF/A4S), contributing to the refinement and implementation of nuclear security and law enforcement policies. With over 15 years of experience across military and civilian sectors, my focus lies on streamlining processes, mitigating security risks, and enhancing cross-agency collaboration (DTRA, NNSA, DIA etc). I have an expertise in technical and policy writing, complementing a mission-driven approach to advancing national security objectives for the CSAF/SECAF/SECDEF/POTUS.

1. Lead Instructor, Indexing Compliance

   Leads a team of instructors at DoD\'s Criminal Investigations HQ (RKB) in Quantico, overseeing the Criminal Indexing Compliance program via the implementation of 3P/LE and specializing in the development, education, and hands-on training of criminal indexing across multiple systems. Our team collaborates with agencies including the Air Force Security Forces, Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI), Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS), Army Criminal Investigative Division (CID), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA). We deliver comprehensive training to teams of analysts, agents, and officers, both military and civilian, to maintain 100% compliance with current DoD and Federal Law. Our team reviews decades of cases from domestic and international field offices to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance to applicable standards and regulations per the time period.Training is provided for following systems: DCII, AFJIS, CODIS, NGI, NCIC, NICS, etc.
